The Signature package includes a cocktail named after the guest of honour — built around their preferred flavours and served with a personalised recipe card. The Premium package includes a pre-event menu consultation and extended session time. For groups of 20+, call us for tailored pricing.
How It Works
1. Get a quote — Call or request a quote online. Share your date, group size, venue, and preferred package.
2. Confirm and deposit — We agree the cocktail menu and take a £20 deposit to secure the date. Balance due 7 days before.
3. Host arrives and sets up — Everything is ready before your guests walk in.
4. Two to three hours of hands-on making — Demonstrations, guided making, group challenges, and games.
5. We clear up and leave — No washing up, no tidying required on your end.

Meet Your Hosts
Our cocktail hosts are working mixologists with formal bartending backgrounds and real private event experience. Every host running a Monmouth session is trained, assessed, and licensed before working independently.
Jamie Griffiths — Lead Host, South Wales Jamie trained in Cardiff cocktail bars before moving into private events full-time. He holds a Personal Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 and the WSET Level 2 Award in Spirits. He has run sessions at Airbnb lodges near Abergavenny, birthday events in Monmouth, and corporate bookings across Newport and Cwmbran.
